TOURMALINE:

• Tourmaline is the birthstone for the month of October alongside opal.
• Although they are given properties that vary depending on their color, the common characteristic of all of them is their positive energy.
• Green tourmaline is a stone of transformation and helps cleanse the aura. 
• It is believed to have properties to attract prosperity.
• Facilitates relaxation and inner peace.

CINNAMON:

• Cinnamon is one of the best known and also one of the oldest spices. 
• In China it was already used around 3,000 BC.
• It is obtained from the dried inner bark of the cinnamon tree or "Cinnamomum Verum", an evergreen tree that can reach a height of 15 meters.
• This tree is native to Sri Lanka
